In deep appreciation of the hunters
and the crew, Topgun Outfitters holds an orientation every year.
The orientation is usually held mid summer near Larry's house
in Rimersburg Pa.
The orientation is a social gathering intended
to give you (the hunter) a chance to meet the guides and get to
know all of the other hunters, so feel free to interact and socialize.
Anything less than a good time is unacceptable.
At the orientation, food and drink are provided.
Hunters will have a chance to fire their guns at the shooting
range and exchange all sorts of hunting and weapons tips and stories.
If you are a first time hunter, talk with the return hunters and
hear their stories of the previous season. Don't be afraid to
shoot the bull (pardon the pun).
The Topgun Outfitters orientation has become
almost as successful as the hunt itself. Because of its popularity,
the now traditional gathering has evolved into an event that is
anticipated by both the hunters and the crew. For maximum enjoyment,
get there early and leave late. The orientation is an all day
event.
